Information we collect

When you register, we collect the contact, education or professional context, career goals, consent choices, and optional speaker question you provide. We also retain limited technical information, such as a protected hash of your IP address, browser details, referral source, and campaign parameters, to secure the form and understand event interest.

How we use it

We use your information to allocate seats, communicate confirmations and event instructions, answer support requests, manage attendance, and improve Lead AHEADD. We only send future-session or career-opportunity updates if you choose the optional marketing consent.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Access is limited to authorised AHEADD personnel and service providers required for event delivery, email, hosting, and security. Information is retained only as long as necessary for the event, compliance, and reasonable series administration.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your registration information, or withdraw optional communication consent, by emailing lead@aheadd.ai. Required event messages may still be sent while your registration remains active.

Security

We use access controls, secure sessions, prepared database queries, rate limits, and operational safeguards. No internet transmission is risk-free; production deployments should use HTTPS and maintained server software.
